Order Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends/holidays. You'll get a confirmation email once shipped.
Shipping Destinations Currently ships within the United States. For international delivery, email info@royal-lux.com to check availability.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates Shipped via major carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx):
- Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

Shipping Rates Calculated at checkout based on order and address. Any free-shipping thresholds/promotions are shown at checkout.
Order Tracking A tracking number is emailed once your order ships.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, check with neighbors and your local carrier first. Still missing? Email info@royal-lux.com within 14 days of the delivery date. Royal Lux isn't responsible for packages confirmed delivered to the address provided at checkout.
